Get this Amp! This is a no messing around bang for your buck product.
I have had many systems over the last twenty years. Sure my hearing maybe going, but that just means I need louder and louder systems.

This is a good amp. I don't buy electronics based on brand name anymore. All electronics are made in Asia anyway. I bought this amp based on the spec's. It is pushing two, 4 ohm, 12 inchers, and a 5 ohm, 10 inch, at 1.9 ohms total. I hooked my meter up to double check the ohms.

My car lights dim at night. The sound is tight, not distorted, and prefect for rock to rap. I would snatch this amp up if I needed to build another system.

The design is clean and stealthy, I like it simple, because I don't show my systems off. I like to listen to them not look at them so this is perfect for me. The product picture doesn't give the actual amp the justice it deserves.

I recommend it. Have fun blasting out your ears, just make sure your car doesn't fall apart. I would recommend sealing up your car so it doesn't rattle,...

GREAT AMP... A MUST HAVE FOR CAR AUDIO HEADS
I have had many upgrades on my car system in the past ten years, and still more to come. I just replaced Audiobahn AW12001P 1200 watts monoblock with this Boss Phantom 5000 and boy what a difference. I really wanted to keep my system pounding hard and since I have 2 12's Audiobahn 1000 watts RMS each I wanted to keep everything the same brand but it was time for change, I've had Boss amplifiers before so I decide to give this new model a try and it's worth every single penny. Audiobahn was really expensive when they came out about a dollar a watt for their competition equipment in general, a lot of companies have step up to the plate on quality on their equipment and made tremendous improvements competing against the top dogs(Hifonics, Rockford Fosgate, Crunch, Boston Acoustik) you get the picture also prices for competition equipment has come down and now is easier to the average customer to obtain loud music without hurting your pocket.

I do recommend this amplifier you...

The only problem I noticed with this monster of an amp is the power inputs. They used cheap alloy screws with philips head so they will get striped. Another thing is it only accepts 4 gage wire. Its not big deal if you want to buy a wire reducer. Other then that this thing is amazing. I had a pyle 18 on it, wired to 2 ohms, had the amp turned down quite a bit and still fried the voice coils on the sub. Im upgradeing to a 18 inch nightshade psi. Once I get the new sub ill post a review to really explain how well the amp works.

Well I got the new sub. I went with a Psi platform 3, 18 inch subwoofer. I had it in the car and hooked to this amp at 2 ohms. I was running the amp at half its power because it pounded the crap out of my sub. But on week 3 of running this amp it fried on me. It kicked into protect mode, and whenever it kicked out of protect mode it would send a burst of dc power to my sub and kick back into protect mode...
The company had no problem replacing the...
