The warranty is not the same as...
It's a nice surge protector as far as size and connections go.
Legalities have taken the forefront in the industry today. You will see advertisement for a protection guarantee for this product, but buyer beware. Warranty of the product is separate from the equipment protection policy, and to have a CHANCE of taking advantage of the latter requires that you mail the included card in, regardless of the fact that the company allows you to register your product's warranty online. This is the warranty for the surge protector - the equipment protection is a separate issue that they should call your attention to much more vigorously. If they need the card... say in red: NOTE!

APC 2375J Surge Protector
This Surge protector is exactly what you need! APC stands behind their products with an easy to deal with customer service group. In our situation, this one protector replaced 3 others we were using. The fact that it combines all the major ways of connecting your equipment in one device is what sold me. The fact that half of the outlets are sized for transformers is even better.
